(Old Quarry Development) WHEREAS, Robert Wagner, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner," is acting on behalf of Old Quarry Partners, LLC, the owner of a 3.73 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" and legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees approved Ordinance 0 -83 -07 on October 8, 2007, authorizing the execution of an annexation agreement for the subject property; and WHEREAS, the annexation agreement was fully executed on October 12, 2007; and WHERAS, the annexation agreement requires that the applicant submit a sign plan to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Village Board for review and approval; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Lemont, Illinois voted to recommend approval of the petitioner's submitted sign plan, with conditions, at a public meeting on October 21, 2008; and WHERAS, the petitioner submitted a revised sign plan, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B, that meets the conditions of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees, having reviewed the petitioner's application, Village staff recommendations, and the record of the Planning and Zoning Commission review, finds the sign plan attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B acceptable. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the sign plan is approved. 2 PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 24th day of November, 2008.
