RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION FOR TWO PARCELS LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 127th STREET AND WALTER STREET IN LEMONT, IL
(AutoZone)
WHEREAS, the Reding Company, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Petitioner," is the
contract purchaser of the subject property covering approximately 1.84 acres located at the
northeast corner of the intersection of 1271 Street and Walter Street (P1Ns# 22 -29- 309 -004 and
22 -29- 309 -005) legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner desires to consolidate the property into one parcel; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner has prepared a Plat of Consolidation for the subject property,
attached hereto as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance, the Community
Development Director has recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation, prepared by Vasconcelles Engineering and dated
January 08, 2009, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 13th
day of April, 2009.
