WHEREAS, the Owner (12300 Bell Road) has granted a Plat of Easement for Sanitary Sewer &
Water Main Purposes, to the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for the installation, construction, and maintenance of
the sanitary sewer and water lines.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto is hereby accepted.
