ORDINANCE AMENDING LEMONY MUNICIPAL CODE
CHAPTER 5.04, SECTION 5.04.080
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that
the Lemont Municipal Code ,Chapter 5, Section 5.04 relating to alcoholic beverages, specifically
Section 5.04.080 is hereby amended to read as follows:
5.04.080 License--Fees--Classes of Operators.
B. Number of Licenses.
There shall be issued in the Class A-1 and A-2 categories, together, not more than
five at any one time; the number of Class A-3 licenses to be issued at any one time
shall not exceed thirteen, and the number of C-1 licenses to be issued at any one
time shall not exceed six.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in the manner provided by law.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby
repealed.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance
and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.

THE VILLAGE OF LEMONY, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS,
on this 8th day of September , 2008.
