NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, DuPAGE, AND WILL, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance 0 -44 -07 is amended as follows: 2. The zoning of the property shall revert to R 1 Single Family Detached Residential if ordinance, If a complete final PUD plan/plat application has not been received by the Village by June 11, 2010, the preliminary plan and plat approval, special use for a planned unit development, and zoning map amendment for the subject property shall expire and the zoning of the property shall revert to the R -1 Single - Family Detached Residential zoning district. Section 2. That all other Sections and Conditions of Ordinance 0 -44 -07 remain as they were upon approval by the Village Board of Trustees on June 11, 2007.
