RESOLUTION f° —( I RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires a Utility Easement from Lemont Combined School District #113A in connection with the water main replacement near Oakwood School; and WHEREAS, said Utility Easement allows for the installation, construction, and maintenance of public water main; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement attached hereto legally describes the Public Utility Easement being granted by School District #113A. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby accepted and approved.
