AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 725
ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN
AND SCHEDULE OF AUTHORIZED POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont adopted Ordinance 725 as amended, which
established a pay plan and provided a schedule of authorized employment positions; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Ordinance to reflect the proposed
organizational changes; and
WHEREAS, this amendment shall be made part of the employee Personnel Manual
adopted by Resolution 210.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont, Cook, Will, and DuPage Counties, Illinois, that the Schedule of
Authorized Positions and Pay Ranges is hereby amended as shown in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES 0 ^ COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS ON THIS 12/ day of L , 2008.
