SUBDIVISION FOR APPROXIMATELY SEVENTEEN ACRES, LOCATED AT 13640 TO 13670
MCCARTHY ROAD IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
(Limestone Subdivision)
WHEREAS, Paul Klabacha, Clayback Development, LLC hereinafter referred to as the "Petitioner ", is
the contract owner of approximately 17 acres, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" with the P.I.N. #'s:
22 -27- 401 -006, 22 -27- 401 -007 and 22 -27- 401 -36 in Lemont, Illinois, said parcels legally described in Exhibit
"A" attached to this Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary PUD Plan/Plat of Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said
Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on July 7 and July 23, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Preliminary PUD Plan/Plat of Subdivision for the
Limestone Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit `B "; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the
proposed subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary
PUD Plan/Plat of Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 27`h day of
October, 2003.
