15237, AND 15309 WEST 129th STREET IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
(ASHBURY WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II)
WHEREAS, Donven Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Petitioner", is the owner of
approximately 7.58 acres, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" with P.I.N. #'s: 22- 32 -201-
012, 22 -32- 201 -013, and 22 -32 -201 -017 in Lemont, Illinois, said parcels legally described in Exhibit "A"
attached to this Resolution.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary PUD Plan of Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance
with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on June 2, 2003 and August 4,
2003; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Preliminary PUD Plan of Subdivision for the
Ashbury Woods Subdivision, Phase II, attached hereto as Exhibit `B "; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the
proposed subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the
Preliminary PUD Plan of Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on
this 27th day of October, 2003.
