RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR A 7.36 ACRE PARCEL GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF 127TH STREET, EAST OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE
LITHUANIAN WORLD CENTER AND KNOWN AS
COVINGTON KNOLLS TOWNHOMES, UNIT ONE
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 7.36 acres generally located on the
north side of 127th Street, east of the entrance to the Lithuanian
World Center in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit
"A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of
Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Covington
Knolls Townhomes, Unit One; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of
Subdivision for 31 single - family attached residences to be known as
Covington Knolls Townhomes, Unit One, attached hereto as Exhibit
"B ", and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial
conformance with the physical development policies and standards of
the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in conformance with
the preliminary Plat of Subdivision as approved by the Village
Board on June 12, 1995
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Covington
Knolls Townhomes, Unit One, which is attached hereto and made part
hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF COUNTIE OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE,
ILLINOIS, on this day of , , 1995.
