to as Exhibit "A ", for property at the southeast corner of New Avenue and Brown Drive

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto be hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
