RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR SCORDO'S SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of
approximately 4.58 acres located at 14936 139th Street in Lockport, Illinois and legally
described as follows:
BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 2 IN THE SUBDIVISION BY
CHARLES E. BOYER OF THE NORTHWEST FRACTIONAL QUARTER OF
SECTION 4, IN TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject
property, which is known as Scordo's Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS the Lemont Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision on April 2, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the
physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Scordo's Subdivision, which is attached hereto
and made part hereof, is hereby approved with a waiver of all public improvements not
required by the Will County Board.

This is to certify that I, Gerald J. Breen, Illinois
Professional Land Surveyor (Seal No. 1440), under the direction of the owners
thereof have surveyed and subdivided into two lots and one street the
following described property:
The West 325 feet of the East 535 feet of the South 613.50 feet of Lot 2,
in the Subdivision by Charles E. Boyer of the Northwest fractional quarter
of Section 4, in Township 36 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded January 21, 1868 as
Document Number 58691, in Will County, Illinots. Containing 4.58 acres.
I do further certify that:
1. No part of this subdivision is located within a Special Flood Hazard
Area as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
2. Part of this subdivision is wtthtn one and one -half (1) miles of a
village or municipaltty.
3. All Lot corners have been monuaented according to the Plat Act as
amended. 5/8" rebars set at all Lot corners.
4. All distances are shown in feet and decimal parts thereof.
5. All regulations enacted ty the Will County Board relative to plats
and subdivisions in Will County have been complied with.
6. The attached plat is a correct representation of said survey and
subdivision.
