A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR LOTS 1 & 2 IN ALPINE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is
attached hereto and made part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Plat of Resubdivision for parcels known as Lots 1 & 2 in
Alpine Estates Subdivision, a copy of said plat is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance #834, approved March 28, 1994, provides that the Community Development
Director may make recommendations directly to the Village Board where a division of lots does not require
a new street or means of access; and
WHEREAS, the Village Staff has recommended to the Village Board of Trustees that the attached Plat
of Resubdivision be approved; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Resubdivision is in conformance with the ordinances and regulations of the
Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Plat of
Resubdivision attached hereto be hereby approved.

on said premises, or be obliged to see that the terms of this trust have been compiled with. or be obliged to inquire into the necessity or expediency of any

instrument executed by said trustee in relation to said real estate shall be conclusive evidence in favor of every person relying upon or claiming under any

this Indenture and in said trust agreement or in some amendment thereof and binding upon all beneficiaries thereunder. (c) that said trustee was duly
authorized and empowered to execute and deliver every such deed, trust deed, lease, mortgage or other instrument, and (d) if the conveyance is made to a
successor or successors in trust. that such successor or successors in trust have been properly appointed and are fully vested with all the title. estate,
rights, powers, authorities, duties and obligations of its, his or their predecessor in trust.
The interest of each and every beneficiary hereunder and of all persons claiming under them or any of them shall be only in the earnings. avails and
proceeds arising from the sale or ether disposition of said real estate. and such interest is hereby declared to be personal property. and no beneficiary here-
