DATE OF APPROVAL 9.--fa-9i1 COOK COUNTY PECORuER RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR CHESTNUT CROSSING SUBDIVISION PHASE II WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 29 acres generally located south of 127th Street and north of the intersection of Archer Avenue and 131st Street generally southwest of the Lithuanian World Center in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; 94925713 WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for 16.24 acres known as Chestnut Crossing Subdivision. Phase II; and WHEREAS the developer has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 39 single - family lots to be known as Chestnut Crossing Phase II, 'attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and; WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the Preliminary Plat as well as the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Chestnut Crossing Phase II, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
