RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR TIMBERLINE II & III -- PHASE 3
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 12.5 acres generally located north of
127th Street and east of Timberline Drive in Lemont, Illinois and
legally described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof;
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of
Subdivision for 12.5 acres known as Timberline II & III Subdivision
-- Phase 3; and
WHEREAS the developer has submitted the Final Plat of
Subdivision for 32 single - family lots to be known as Timberline II
& III Subdivision Phase 3, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial
conformance with the Preliminary Plat as well as the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for
Timberline Subdivision II & III Phase 3, which is attached hereto
and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES !QE COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE,
