Properties, in connection with a Request for Variation for the property legally described in Exhibit "A" and located on the north side of Logan Street and west of Czacki Street in Lemont, Illinois. WHEREAS, the applicant is seeking relief from the Lemont Subdivision Ordinance in order to reduce the required pavement width from 30 feet to 28 feet along Division Street; and WHEREAS, the applicant is seeking relief from the Lemont Subdivision Ordinance in order to reduce the required right -of -way width from 66 feet to 35 feet along Division Street; and WHEREAS, the applicant is seeking relief from the Lemont Subdivision Ordinance in order to eliminate the public sidewalk requirement along the south side of Division Street in the Stone Creek Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on December 5, 1995; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made in the manner provided by law and was published in the Lemont Reporter, a newspaper of general circulation within the Village; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the variations to the Village Board; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village have determined that the best interest of the Village will be 319.17' LOTS A,B,C AND D, BOTH INCLUSIVE OF LOTS 1 TO 26 BOTH INCLUSIVE AND VACATED 60 FOOT STRIP OF LAND ALL IN BLOCK 1 OF FINN'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 1 OF DOUSE'S ADDITION TO LEMONT, A SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
