I further certify that on April 9th , 19 90 , the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. 655 entitled ANNEXATION ORDINANCE FOR BERGNER PROPERTY • which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. 655 , including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing 011 April 9th , 19 90 , and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. ORDINANCE NO. 6 SS ANNEXATION ORDINANCE FOR BERGNER PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Clerk of Village of Lemont has received a Petition for Annexation in compliance with the Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 24, Section 7 -1 -8; and, WHEREAS, the territory described in the petition is not within the corporate limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, the land proposed to be annexed will continue to be serviced by the same Fire Protection District and Library District and will not include any highway under the jurisdiction of any township; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF • ILLINOIS, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described territory: • (See Exhibit "A" for legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof) being indicated on an accurate map of the annexed territory, (which is appended to and made a part of this Ordinance), is hereby annexed to the Village of Lemont, County of Cook, State of Illinois. SECTION 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record with the Recorder of Deeds and to file with the County Clerk a certified copy of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the territory annexed appended to this Ordinance. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet from as provided by law. SECTION 4: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
