O-662-90 04/23/90• • ORDINANCE WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Amoco Oil Company in connection with a special use permit for the property located at 1032 State Street, Lemont, Illinois; WHEREAS, the applicant has requested said special use permit for the purpose of establishing a modern Amoco Gas Station combined with an Automobile Laundry and Mini -Mart; and WHEREAS, at the March 13, 1990 meeting of the Board of Appeals, the matter was discussed and approval was given for the special use permit subject to certain conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that Amoco Oil Company be granted a special use permit so that the property commonly known as 1032 State Street, Lemont, Illinois, and legally described as follows: The North 185 feet of the East 125 feet of Lot 11 in Essick Plaza Subdivision addition to the Village of Lemont a Subdivision of part of the South half of the North half of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. can be used as Gas Station combined with an Automobile Laundry and Mini -Mart subject to the condition that the applicant: a) improve Weimer Street to a 24 foot width; b) install curbing on both sides of Weimer Street from State Street West approximately 125 feet; c) relocate the proposed opening on Weimer Street approximately 5 feet further East to be a minimum of 10 feet from the West property line. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law. • 41* All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
