O-663-90 04/23/90ORDINANCE WHEREAS, a petition was filed in connection with a variation to change a rear property set -back to allow the construction of a gas station, automobile laundry and mini -mart on the property commonly known as 1032 State Street, Lemont, Illinois; and WHEREAS, at the March 13, 1990 meeting of the Board of Appeals, the matter was discussed and approval was given to grant a Request for Variation that would permit a one (1) foot rear property set -back rather than the required forty (40) foot set -back for the construction of a gas station, automobile laundry and mini - mart. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that there will be granted a variation to allow the construction of a gas station, automobile laundry and mini -mart from the required forty (40) feet to one (1) foot for the property legally described as follows: The north 185 feet of the east 125 feet of Lot 11 in Essick Plaza Subdivision addition to the Village of Lemont a subdivision of part of the south half of the north half of the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. • 1 • • The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form. President ORDINANCE WHEREAS, a petition was filed in connection with a variation to change a side yard set -back to allow the installation of a swimming pool on the property commonly known as 711 Houston Street, Lemont, Illinois; and WHEREAS, at the April 10, 1990 meeting of the Board of Appeals, the matter was discussed and approval was given to grant a Request for Variation that would permit a two (2) foot side yard set -back rather than the required six (6) foot set -back for the installation of a swimming pool. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that there will be granted a variation to allow the installation of a swimming pool from the . required six (6) feet to three (3) feet for the property legally described as follows: • Lot 8 and the North half of Lot 9 in Block 7 in McCarthy and Houston's Addition to Jasnagora, being a Subdivision of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, and part of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, in Township 37 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
