O-687-91 04/15/91ORDINANCE NO.142 WHEREAS, an application has been filed by THOMAS MARKLEY and BARBARA MARKLEY in connection with a Unique Use Permit for the property located at 602 - 604 State Street, Lemont, Illinois; WHEREAS, the applicants have requested said Unique Use permit for the purpose of utilizing the property as a Beauty Salon; and WHEREAS, at the March 19, 1991 meeting of the Board of Appeals, the matter was discussed and approval was given for the Unique Use Permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that THOMAS MARKLEY and BARBARA MARKLEY be granted a Unique Use Permit so that the property commonly known as 602 - 604 State Street, Lemont, Illinois, and legally described as follows: Lots 8 and 9 in Block 4 in Norton and Warner's Subdivision of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, (except the South 30 feet of said Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter) in the Village of Lemont, Cook County, Illinois. can be used as a Beauty Salon subject to the condition that advertising or neon signs are in conformity with the present Zoning and Sign Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
