ORDINANCE NO. 6 / [.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed by Cecelia Bonneaux in
connection with a variation to change the set -back requirements
from 10 feet to 7 feet 3 inches from the southeast corner of a
newly installed porch to the northwest corner of an existing
garage at the property commonly known as 823 State Street, Lemont,
Illinois; and
WHEREAS, at the April 11, 1989 meeting of the Board of
Appeals, the matter was discussed and approval was given to grant a
Request for Variation that would permit a 7 foot 3 inch set back
rather than the required 10 foot set -back.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that Cecelia Bonneaux be granted
a 7 foot 3 inch set -back from the southeast corner of a newly
installed porch to the northwest corner of an existing garage on
the property commonly known as 823 State Street, Lemont, Illinois
and legally described as follows:
The North 68.83 feet of Lot 1 in John Lentz' Subdivision
of Lot 11 and the West 376 feet of Lot 10, in County
Clerk's Division of the East 1/2 of the North East 1/4 in
Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
shall be and the same are hereby repealed.

The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to
the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in pamphlet form.
