STOP SIGN, YIELD SIGN AND SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont
that the Lemont Municipal Code Chapter 10.12 be amended to include the following:
CHAPTER 10.12
SECTIONS:
10.12.031 Yield Intersections
10.12.032 Partial Stop - Intersections. (Including "T" Intersections and Two Way Stops)
10.12.033 All Way Stop Intersections.
10.12.034 Signalized Intersections
10.12.031 YIELD INTERSECTIONS.
It is unlawful to operate any vehicle in violation of the following posted yield sign:
Eastbound Illinois Street yields for New Avenue.
10.12.032 PARTIAL STOP - INTERSECTIONS. (INCLUDING "' INTERSECTIONS
AND TWO WAY.
It is unlawful to operate any vehicle in violation of the following posted stop signs:

10.12.034 SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS.
It is unlawful to operate any vehicle in violation of the following signalized
intersections:
1. State Street and Illinois.
2. Stephen Street and Main Street.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication in the manner provided by law.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are
hereby repealed.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
