R-267-93 Approving preliminary plat of subdivision for Carriage Ridge 2 subdivisionRESOLUTION NO. a(° 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR CARRIAGE RIDGE II SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 7.35 acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision known as Carriage Ridge II Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Plan Commission at its meeting of November 3, 1992 reviewed and recommended approval of said Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, Village Staff has recommended to the Village Board of Trustees that the attached Preliminary Plat of Subdivision be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary Plat for Carriage Ridge II Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
