R-269-93 Approving final plat of subdivision for a 73 acre parcel generally located on the North side of 127th Street and West of Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and known as Abbey Oaks phase 1VILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. 24 DATE OF APPROVAL 5-.2Y-93 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR A 73 ACRE PARCEL GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 127TH STREET AND WEST OF ARCHER AVENUE IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS AND KNOWN AS ABBEY OAKS PHASE 1 WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 73 acres generally located north of 127th Street and west of Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit A (attached); and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared, in conjunction with a Planned Unit Development, a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Abbey Oaks Phase 1; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Plan Commission has reviewed and recommended approval of said Plat and Planned Unit Development at its meeting of February 2, 1993; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont approved the Planned Unit Development on March 22, 1993; and WHEREAS the developer has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 44 single- family lots to be known as Abbey Oaks Phase 1, attached hereto as Exhibit "B ", and; WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in conformance with the Preliminary Plat as well as the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Abbey Oaks Phase 1, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
