RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR TIMBERLINE II & III - -PHASE 2
WHEREAS, Financial Properties, Inc. (formerly known as
F.I.D.C., Inc.), as owner of certain property legally described in
Exhibit "A" hereto, has petitioned for approval of a Final Plat of
Subdivision for said property; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision submitted by petitioner
for said property is consistent with the Preliminary Plat of
Subdivision which was approved by Village of Lemont Resolution No.
217 (4/27/92); and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat of Subdivision will reduce the number
of lots from 63 to 59 while maintaining the approved street and
block configuration; and
WHEREAS, all contributions, donations and deposits mandated by
Village ordinance and the Amended and Restated Annexation Agreement
for the Development of Timberline Subdivision (4/27/92) have been
tendered to the Village;
WHEREAS, the Village staff has recommended to the Village
Board of Trustees that said Final Plat of Subdivision be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees as follows:

1. The Filial Plat of Subdivision for Timberline II & III- -
Phase 2 prepared by Joseph A. Schudt & Associates, is hereby
approved.
2. The time available for submission of Final Plats of
Subdivision for the remaining area included within the Approved
Preliminary Plat for Timberline II & III is hereby continued for
the term of the Amended and Restate Annexation Agreement for the
Development of Timberline Subdivision II by and between petitioner
and the Village dated April 27, 1992 (Ord.No.728).
3. The Building and Zoning Administrator for the Village is
hereby authorized and directed to execute releases of liens in
favor of the Village against any lot created by the Timberline II
& III - -Phase 2 Final Plat of Subdivision upon receipt of $500, in
accordance with Paragraph 6(a) of said Amended and Restated
Annexation Agreement.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF WIT, COUNTIES OF C OK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on
this day of 97,z22-" , 1993.
