R-186-91 Resolution Accepting Grant of EasementRESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to provide roadway
and drainage improvements on Second and Third Streets; and
WHEREAS, such improvements require the dedication of a
storm sewer and drainage easement adjacent to said improvements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the.Village accepts a
Grant of Easement from Richard R. Gotlund and Sandra L. Gotlund
delineated on the attached Plat of Easement Grant.

PLAT OF EASEMENT
An exclusive Easement is hereby reserved and granted to the Village of Lemont, its successors and
assigns, for the installation, maintenance, removal, and relocation of storm sewer and drainage in
the parcel of land described as follows: An Easement 10 feet in width being the South 10 feet
of the North 94 feet (excepting therefrom the East 158.72 feet) of Lot 6, the West 11 feet of the
East 168.72 feet (excepting therefrom the North 94 feet) of Lot 6, the North 10 feet of the West
158.72 feet of the East 168.72 feet of Lot 7, the East 10 feet of Lot 7, the East 10 feet (exoepti,
therefrom the South 70 feet) of Lot 8, and also the North 10 feet of the South 70 feet of Lot 8,
all in George L. Becker's Subdivision of the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 28,
Township 37 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
It is further agreed that complete restoration of said area shall be done anytime work is performe,
and with the right of entry within said easement area and adjacent owned areas as reasonably
necessary to initially construct and install said public utility.
