A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR APPROXIMATELY
0.25 ACRES FOR 119th STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Plat of Dedication,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for property legally described
therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has approved the plat of
subdivision for Carriage Ridge Estates requiring full improve-
ment of 119th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President, and Board
of Trustees that the Plat of Dedication attached hereto be
hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE,
