WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Plat of Dedication, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for property legally described therein; and WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has approved the plat of subdivision for Carriage Ridge Estates requiring full improve- ment of 119th Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President, and Board of Trustees that the Plat of Dedication attached hereto be hereby approved.
