RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR
TIMBERLINE II AND III
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property
legally described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of
Subdivision known as Timberline II and III, which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning Commission at their meeting of
March 3, 1992 reviewed the plat for four specific issues identified
by the Village Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, the Village Staff have recommended to the Village
Board of Trustees that the attached Preliminary Plat of Subdivision
be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees that the Plat for Timberline II and III, which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
