DATE OF APPROVAL
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR OAK CREEK ESTATES
WHEREAS, the Petitioner is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 7.25 acres generally located along
130th Street extended and legally described in Exhibit "A ", which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of
Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Oak Creek
Estates; and
WHEREAS, the Lemont Plan Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision at the
meeting of April 7, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont
approved the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision on May 11, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of
Subdivision for Oak Creek Estates, attached hereto as Exhibit "B ";
and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in conformance with
the Preliminary Plat as well as the physical development policies
and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that the Final Plat for Oak
Creek Estates, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby approved.

NORTHERN ILLINOIS GAS COMPANY, its successors and
assigns, in all platted "easement" areas, streets, alleys,
other public ways and places shown on this plat, said
easement to be for the instatlation,_maintenance, reloca-
tion, renewal and removal of gas mains and appurten-
ances for the purpose of serving all areas shown on this
plat as well as . other property, whether or not con-
tiguous thereto. I4o buildings or other structures shall be
constructed or erected in any such "easement" areas,
streets, alleys, or other public ways or places nor shall
any other use be made thereof which will interefere with
the easements reserved and granted hereby.
