R-250-93 Resolution Approving Final Plat of Subdivision for Timberline 2 & 3- Phase 1ITEM VI.C.3. VILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. 050 DATE OF APPROVAL G� RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR TIMBERLINE II & III- -PHASE 1 WHEREAS, F.I.D.C., Inc., as owner of certain property legally described in Exhibit "A" hereto, has petitioned for approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for said property; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision submitted by petitioner for said property is consistent with the design characteristics of the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for Timberline II & III, which was approved by Resolution No. 217 (4/27/92); and WHEREAS, the Village staff has recommended to the Village Board of Trustees that said Final Plat of Subdivision be approved; WHEREAS, all contributions, donations and deposits mandated by Village ordinances and the Amended and Restated Annexation Agreement for the Development of Timberline Subdivision (4/27/92) have been tendered to the Village; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees as follows: 1. The Final Plat of Subdivision for Timberline II & III - -Phase 1, prepared by Joseph A. Schudt & Associates, as Job No. 89 -29 -112, is hereby approved, and the easements and dedications thereon running to the Village are accepted; 2. The time available for submission of Final Plats of Subdivision for the remaining area included within the Approved Preliminary Plat for Timberline 1I & III is hereby continued for the term of the Amended and Restated Annexation Agreement for the Development of Timberline Subdivision II by and between petitioner and the Village dated April 27, 1992 (Ord. No. 728); and 3. The Building and Zoning Administrator for the Village is hereby authorized and directed to execute releases of liens in favor of the Village against any lot created by the Timberline II & III - -Phase 1 Final Plat of Subdivision upon receipt of $500, in accordance with Paragraph 6(a) of said Amended and Restated Annexation Agreement.
