R-439-96 07/22/96ITEM v.C.1. VILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. (-37 DATE OF APPROVAL RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR THE STEEPLES DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 21.59 acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision known as THE STEEPLES DEVELOPMENT, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning & Zoning Commission at its meeting of November 7, 1996, reviewed the preliminary plat and submitted its recommendations as required by Village of Lemont ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of said plat, attached hereto as Exhibit "B "; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed Preliminary Plat of Subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary Plat for THE STEEPLES DEVELOPMENT, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this Z day of , 1996.
