WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of EaSeirhart VacaaEtioflDof a
public utility and drainage easement attached as Exhibit "A ", for property on Lot 6 of
Gallagher & Henry's Covington Knolls Townhomes Unit 1, in Lemont, Illinois which is legally
described as follows: (see attached Exhibit "B ")
WHEREAS, a proposed deck would encroach on the existing public utility and
drainage easement, and;
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted a Plat to create a relocated public utility and
drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, all owners of townhomes have signed the new plat for relocated public
utility and drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, the vacation of said easement will allow for more orderly development
of the property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement Vacation attached hereto be hereby approved.
