RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT AT ARCHER AVENUE IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
(Keepataw Trails Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Grant of Easemen ,,for public utility and
drainage easement, attached as Exhibit "A ", for property located at ArcherrAvenue ( Keepataw Trails
Subdivision) in Lemont, Illinois which is legally described in Exhibit "B'a'ttached; and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement shall provide the Village of Lemont the authority to install,
construct, and maintain water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage facilities as may be necessary.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto be hereby approved.

Keepataw Trails water main extension at Archer Avenue. It appears that the easement covers
the water main extension. We recommend that the Village Attorney review the certificates
prior to acceptance by the Village.
