RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
SANITARY SEWER AT 608 MAIN STREET
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Grant of Easement for public utility and
drainage easement, attached as Exhibit 1 for property located at 608 Main Street, and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement shall provide the Village of Lemont the authority to
install, construct, and maintain sanitary sewer as may be necessary.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto be hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on this _
27th day of January , 1997.

EASEMENT GRANT
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT, Made this 0771-A- day of January, 1997 from
State Bank of Countryside, as Trustee, under Trust Number 88 -386 (hereinafter called the
"Grantor ") to the VILLAGE OF LEMONT, a municipality existing under the laws of the
State of Illinois (hereinafter termed the "Village "), 418 Main Street, Lemont, Illinois
60439.
WITNESSETH THAT
WHEREAS, the Village is about to construct a Sewer System with appurtenances
thereto, (hereinafter termed "The System "), Main Street Sanitary Sewer, Contract 83142.
WHEREAS, in order to construct "The System ", it is necessary for the Village to
obtain a permanent easement, right, privilege, and authority to construct, reconstruct,
repair, maintain and operate a certain part of "The System" through the premises
hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the Grantor is willing to grant said permanent easement, right,
privilege, and authority to the Village;
Permanent Easement
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND 00 /100 ($10.00) in hand paid by the Village to the Grantor, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and the covenants and conditions hereinafter contained, the
Grantor does hereby bargain, sell, grant, transfer and convey to the Village its successors
and assigns, the permanent easement, right, permission, and authority to construct,
reconstruct, repair, replace, operate and maintain "The System" through the following
described property hereinafter referred to as:
