RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT
FOR COMMUTER PARKING LOT
AT MAIN AND STATE STREET, LEMONT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont, a Municipal Corporation whose Village Hall is located
at 418 Main Street, Lemont, Illinois in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, hereby grants an
easement to Commonwealth Edison Company to relocate overhead electrical facilities to underground
electrical facilities, for property at Main and State Street (Commuter Parking Lot) which is legally
described in Exhibit "A "; and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement shall provide Commonwealth Edison the authority to
trim or remove trees, bushes and saplings and to clear obstructions from the surface as may be
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, IS IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto be hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
