AN ORDINANCE DISCONNECTING
FROM THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, ILLINOIS, A 40.02 ACRE PARCEL
GENERALLY LOCATED ON 1'HL SOUTHEAST CORNER OF DAVEY ROAD AND
MARMON ROAD
(Shah, Jursa and Dralle Properties, Will County, Illinois)
WHEREAS, a written petition, signed by the legal owners of record of all land within the
territory hereinafter described, has been filed with the Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont, Cook,
DuPage, and Will Counties, Illinois, requesting that said territory be disconnected from the Village
of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, the territory is upon the border and within the Village limits of Lemont and is
not laid out into municipal lots or blocks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT as follows:
SECTION 1: That the following described property be disconnected from the Village of
Lemont: (See legal description attached).
SECTION 2: That the Plat of Disconnection is attached hereto and made a part hereof and
the President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the Plat.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby
repealed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
