RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT
FOR FORZLEY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 1.7
acres generally located on 127th Street and west of Walter Street in Lemont, Illinois and legally
described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a 2 lot preliminary and final Plat of Subdivision for
the subject property, which is known as Forzley Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit `B "; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 834, the Community Development Director has
recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Subdivison is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW,'1HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat for Forzley Subdivison, which is attached hereto and made part
hereof, is hereby approved.
