RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR THE STEEPLES SUBDIVISION PHASE I
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of
approximately 21.59 acres generally located at 12200 Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois
and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Resubdivision for the subject
property, which is known as The Steeples Subdivision Phase l; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 30 single -
family attached residences to be known as The Steeples Subdivision Phase 1, attached
hereto as Exhibit "B ", and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Resubdivision is in substantial conformance with the
physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and

WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Resubdivision is in conformance with the Preliminary
Plat of Subdivision as approved by the Village Board on July 22, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for The Steeples Subdivision Phase 1, which is
attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE V LAGE OF LEM T, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
