R-12-99 Granting Temporary Easement to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for Construction of the North-South I-355 Tollway Extension from I-55 to I-80RESOLUTION ii?-72? -a RESOLUTION GRANTING TEMPORARY EASEMENT TO THE ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH -SOUTH I -355 TOLLWAY EXTENSION FROM I -55 TO I -80. WHEREAS, the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority desires to construction an extension of the North -South I -355 Tollway from I -55 to I -80 immediately adjacent to the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, in order to complete construction of the tollway extension, a temporary easement is required from the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Lemont and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to enter into this mutual agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the attached Grant of Temporary Easement be approved.
