R-69-99 Approving 20 Foot Easement Dedication for Roadway and Utility Purposes Related to Fourth Street ImprovementsRESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING 20 FOOT EASEMENT DEDICATION FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES 0 9 0 4 4 4 21 RELATED TO FOURTH STREET IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is proposing to undertake roadway improvements to Fourth Street, and WHEREAS, although referred to as a street, Fourth Street is privately owned, with ownership extending to the centerline of the pavement, and WHEREAS, the Village has requested that the adjacent owners dedicate a 20 foot easement to provide for roadway and utility improvements, and WHEREAS, an easement has been dedicated for the Phillips Property and is hereby attached for approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the attached 20 foot easement dedication is hereby approved and shall be recorded with the Cook County Clerk.
