RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT
FOR SEDIVY ESTATES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the petitioner, is the owner of 4 separate parcels generally located at
408 and 406 Holmes Street in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A"
attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Plat of Subdivision for the subject
property, which is known as Sedivy Estates; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Plat of Subdivision for 2 lots to be
known as Sedivy Estates Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit "6 "; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 0- 26 -99, the Community Development Director
has recommended approval of the Plat of Subdivision; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Plat for Sedivy Estates Subdivision, which is attached hereto
and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
