Sidewalks shall be constructed along Covington Drive and parkway trees shall be planted along 127th Street and Covington Drive no later than one (1) year from the date of approval of the plat by the Village Board. Said sidewalks and parkway trees shall be installed by Gallagher & Henry. 2. A letter from the Lemont Park District is needed indicating their approval of the existing grading on the site, prior to recording the plat. 3. The lot shall be renumbered to be consistent with the numbering of other phases of the development, prior to recording. The existing number may remain if a certificate of correction or a new plat is recorded for the Unit 2 subdivision. 4. A 15 foot wide public utility and drainage easement shall be added along the south line of the subdivision, prior to recording. All references to overhead utilities shall be deleted prior to recording the plat. The Plan Commission certificate shall be changed to be a Community Development Director certificate, prior to recording the plat. 7.
