R-101-99 Approving Plat of Consolidation ( Community Bank of Lemont, 1229 State Street)LEMONT Village of Faith 00289697 2934/0061 33 001 Page 1 of 4 2000-04 -26 10:33 :05 Cook County Recorder 111.00 PLATWLTHTHIS DOCUMElJT For Recorder's Use Only 1 D- /9 DATE OF APPROVAL /a- 3- er y RESOLUTION NO RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION (Community Bank of Lemont, 1229 State Street) WHEREAS, the petitioner, Lemont Development Partnership, is the owner of certain property consisting of 3 (three) parcels generally located south of 127th Street and east of State Street in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioner desires to consolidate the property into one parcel; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a one (1) lot Plat of Consolidation for the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 834, the Community Development Director has recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation; and WHEREAS, the public utility and drainage easements will be relocated elsewhere on the subject property and will allow for more orderly development of the property. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation for 3 (three) parcels) at 1229 State Street, Lemont, which are attached hereto and made part hereof, are hereby approved.
