NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUS'T'EES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILT. & DUPAGE, STATE OF ILLINOIS, as follows: SECTION 1: That the territory legally described as: All that part of Lot 37 and Lot 38 in County Clerks Division of Section 21, Township 37 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 37 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Northerly of the Northerly line of the Northerly 90 foot reserve strip of the Illinois and Michigan Canal and Southerly of a line drawn parallel with and 400 feet Northerly of the said Northerly line of the Northerly 90 foot reserve strip of the Illinois and Michigan Canal, all in Cook County, Illinois. and identified on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "B" is hereby annexed to the Village of Lemont, Counties of Cook, Will & DuPage, State of Illinois. 99118439 or SECTION 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County and file with the County Clerk a certified copy of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the territory annexed appended to this Ordinance.
