R-78-00 08/14/00VILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. DATE OF APPROV RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KENSINGTON ESTATES WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 32.4 acres legally described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit `B ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision known as Kensington Estates, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is consistent with the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision which was approved by the Village Board on May 8, 2000; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed Final Plat of Subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Final Plat of Subdivision for the Kensington Estates, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved with the conditions of approval as stated below: 1. Prior to recording the plat, the following changes shall be made: a. A drainage certificate, signed by a Registered Professional Engineer, shall be added. b. The Conservation Easement Certificate shall be revised to indicate that outlots E, F, and G are included in conservation easement areas. c. The note "outlot C 810 sq ft" shall be struck from the Plat. 2. The owner shall submit a corrected original plat including signatures of the owner, surveyor, design engineer and Illinois Department of Transportation prior to execution and recording of the Plat by the Village. 3. The owner shall sign an amended annexation agreement which reflects the acquisition and annexation of an additional five acre territory and plan approvals granted by the Village Board on May 8, 2000 by Ordinance 0- 23 -00.
