RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT AGREEMENTS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE OLD DERBY STORM SEWER PROJECT
ADOPTED BY THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT

RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT AGREEMENTS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE OLD DERBY STORM SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is proposing to install storm sewer and drain tile within
the Old Derby Subdivision. and
WHEREAS. portions of the proposed storm sewer alignment cross privately owned
properties, and
WHEREAS, the Village has requested that the adjacent owners grant a storm sewer and
drainage easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that
the attached Easement Agreements for: 1279 Janas Lane, 1280 Jonas Lane, and 1281 Janos
Lane are hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS, on this 23rd day of October , 2000.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT AGREEMENTS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE OLD DERBY STORM SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is proposing to install storm sewer and drain tile within
the Old Derby Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, portions of the proposed storm sewer alignment cross privately owned
properties, and
WHEREAS, the Village has requested that the adjacent owners grant a storm sewer and
drainage easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that
the attached Easement Agreements for: 1279 Janas Lane, 1280 Janas Lane, and 1281 Janas
Lane are hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
