RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
FOR BUI FETT HARBOR SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Samuel Forzley, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner," is the owner of a
3.62 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property," generally located at 96 Peiffer
Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property,
which is known as Buffett Harbor Subdivision; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 8 single- family
detached residences to be known as Buffett Harbor Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit "B,"
and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Buffett Harbor Subdivision, which is attached hereto and
made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following condition:
1) Within 30 days of the recordation of the Final Plat, the petitioner shall submit to the
Village a recorded copy of the Covenants and Restrictions for the subdivision.

THE VILLAGE OF LEMON', COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on
