RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
(Bleka Office Park)
WHEREAS, the petitioner, Edward Bleka, c/o Bleka Properties, is the owner of
certain property consisting of 4 Lots generally located at 1009, 1011 and 1013 State Street
in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner desires to consolidate the property into one parcel; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a one (1) lot Plat of Consolidation for the
subject property attached hereto as Exhibit "B "; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the
physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 834, the Community Development Director has
recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation for Bleka Office Park, which is attached
hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
on this 26th day of January, 1998.
