RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT
FOR CHESTNUT CROSSING TOWNHOMES
WHEREAS, Flaherty Construction, Inc., is the owner of certain property consisting of
approximately 1.84 acres generally located on Outlot A and B in Chestnut Crossing Subdivision in
Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Plat of Resubdivision for the subject property,
which is known as Chestnut Crossing Townhomes; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Plat of Resubdivision for 16 Townhomes on
(four) 4 lots to be known as Chestnut Crossing Townhomes, attached hereto as Exhibit "B "; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Resubdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. •
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat for Chestnut Crossing Townhomes, which is attached hereto and
made part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
