RESOLUTION PROVIDING NOTICE TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
RISK MANAGEMENT AGENCY (IRMA) OF LEMONT'S INTENT TO
RESCIND ITS WITHDRAWAL FROM IRMA MEMBERSHIP
AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2000
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont approved Resolution R- 103 -99, seeking to withdraw
from the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA) effective December 31, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to rescind this resolution and continue with its
IRMA membership; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requests that the IRiMA Board of Directors allow for
Lemont's continued membership.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lemont hereby rescinds its
withdrawal from the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency and seeks continued membership.

THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS,
